1. Defects not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
2. Non-operating and cosmetic damage to the product.
3. Routine maintenance, cleaning, adjustments or alignments are not covered.
4. Repair of the product due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
5. Damage resulting from a power outage, power surges or dips, fluctuating voltage or current.
6. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, alteration, adjustment, repair, service or installation by unauthorized personnel.
7. Accessories and damage to accessories, but are not limited to, external flashes, data backup, batteries, ac adapters or other external cords, media, and software.
8. Service of product on which the Manufacturer's label or logo, rating label or Serial number have been defaced or removed.
9. Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the misuse or loss of the product.

If the unit is not replaceable for any reason as per the coverage, or the cost of replacement exceeds the unit's current market value; we may offer to replace your product or issue a credit note reflecting the prevailing market value of your product post-depreciation applicable. The prevailing market value will be the cheapest price available as determined solely by us.

For example, let's assume that you bought a device originally for ₹9,999 for which we are going to provide a replacement. If the product is now available for sale at ₹8,999, then the prevailing market value for your product will not be higher than ₹8,999. The credit note amount will be calculated by applying depreciation on ₹9,999 as per the age of your product in this case.
