Note: Most products sold on Etherbit.in are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Detailed warranty information, when available, is provided on each product page for your convenience. To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage you to review our comprehensive Warranty claim policy if you need to initiate a warranty claim for your product.
Most items purchased on Etherbit.in can be returned by refusing delivery. Once a product is delivered, returns cannot be initiated. Please refer to our Warranty claim policy to initiate a warranty claim.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days (typically within 3 hours). For orders that include non-refundable service charges, such as the Cash on Delivery (CoD) service fee, the refund amount will be issued after deducting the applicable charges.
Damages
If you receive a product with visible physical damage, contact us on the same day of delivery at support@etherbit.in. To process your request, you must provide:
Damage claims that do not include all required proofs or are raised after the same day of delivery will not be accepted. This policy strictly covers physical damage visible upon unboxing and does not apply to internal, functional, or latent defects.
Once a valid request is received, please allow up to 7 working days for us to investigate the issue with the delivery partner. We reserve the right to reject claims that are deemed fraudulent or inconsistent with this policy.

Spam & Fraud
To prevent order spam and cover associated costs (payment-refund transaction fees, shipping, and packaging), we may apply a cancellation fee of 4% or ₹650, whichever is higher, on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this policy.
