Return policy

Note: Most products sold on Etherbit.in are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Detailed warranty information, when available, is provided on each product page for your convenience. To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage you to review our comprehensive Warranty claim policy if you need to initiate a warranty claim for your product.


All sales are final. No refund will be issued and no return will be accepted, except;

  • Your order is not dispatched yet and your order was paid via Cashfree or Paytm payment gateway.
    • In this case, we may levy a cancellation fee of 4% or ₹650 — whichever is higher, to cover payment-refund transactions charges, shipping, packaging cost, and prevent order spam. Your refund will be processed in 7 working days. Service charge such as CoD service charge is non-refundable.

Damages

If you have received a product with visible physical damage, contact us immediately within 12 hours of delivery at support@etherbit.in. To process your request, provide clear images of the original packaging and a video proof of unboxing the package showing the visible physical damage. Damage requests that do not include all the requested proofs or are raised after this period will not be accepted. This policy applies strictly to physical damage visible at the time of unboxing and does not cover internal, functional, or latent defects.

Once we receive a valid request, allow us up to 7 working days to take it up with the delivery partner responsible for delivering your package for further investigation.

We reserve the right to reject any claims deemed fraudulent or inconsistent with this policy.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this return policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this return policy.
