Most products sold on Etherbit.in come with original manufacturer's warranty. If you want to claim a warranty, please visit our Warranty claim policy.
All sales are final. No refund will be issued and no return will be accepted, except;
Damages
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately within 12 hours from the time of delivery on support@etherbit.in with image of the original packaging & video proof of unboxing the package. Damage requests without requested proofs or damage requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Once we receive a valid request, please allow us up to 7 working days to take it up with the delivery partner responsible for delivering your package for further investigation.
