1. Introduction
This program is designed to reward our valued customers for referring
others to our platform. By participating in the referral program, you
agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must be a registered user of
Etherbit.in with a valid account.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
3. How the Program Works

Eligible users (the "Referrer") can refer friends, family, or
acquaintances (the "Referee") to make purchases on Etherbit.in.

The Referrer will receive a referral commission when the Referee
completes a purchase on Etherbit.in using the unique referral link
provided by the Referrer.

There is no requirement for the Referee to be a new customer; any
customer can be referred.
4. Referral Commissions
-
The commission rate is different for each batch of products and varies
from product to product. The rate starts at 5% and is calculated on the
pre-tax value after subtracting shipping and marketing costs from the
pre-tax value.

Commissions will be credited to the Referrer's account on Etherbit.in
and can be tracked through the user dashboard.

The referral amount will be credited to the Referrer’s account 15 days
from the delivery date of the Referee’s order.
5. Withdrawal of Commissions
-
Referral commissions can be withdrawn to the Referrer's bank account
once they reach a minimum threshold of ₹1,000
- Users can request one payout every 30 calendar days.

To withdraw commissions, the Referrer must provide valid bank account
details through the Etherbit.in platform.

Withdrawals will be processed within 14 working days after the
withdrawal request is submitted.
6. Fraud Protection

Etherbit.in is committed to maintaining the integrity of the referral
program and protecting it from fraudulent activity.

Any attempt to manipulate the referral program, including but not
limited to creating multiple or fake accounts, self-referrals, or any
other deceptive practices, will result in disqualification from the
program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

Etherbit.in reserves the right to investigate all referral activities
and take appropriate action against any participant suspected of fraud
or abuse. This may include, but is not limited to, suspension or
termination of the participant’s account, voiding of commissions, and
legal action.

Participants must act in good faith and comply with all applicable laws
and regulations when participating in the referral program.
7. Restrictions and Limitations

There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make;
however, each referral must be unique and comply with these terms.

The Referrer cannot refer themselves, create multiple or fake accounts,
or engage in any fraudulent activity to obtain referral commissions.

Etherbit.in reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral
commissions if it suspects any form of abuse, fraud, or violation of
these terms.
8. Program Modifications and Termination

Etherbit.in reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral
program at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to the program will be posted on our website, and it is the
participant's responsibility to review the terms regularly.
9. Limitation of Liability

Etherbit.in will not be liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions,
deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication
line failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration
of, referrals.

By participating in the referral program, you agree to release
Etherbit.in from any liability or claims arising out of or in connection
with the referral program.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Surat, Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of
law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the referral program shall be
resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
