Warranty claim policy

Security devices are not repairable and/or serviceable. We only inspect devices sent to us under warranty claim request to verify the claim, and document the issues. We request customers to thoroughly verify the issues before initiating a claim request.

If your product is not working as expected, please send us an email to support@etherbit.in describing the issue along with sufficient images/videos to initiate a warranty claim request. Please note that, the warranty claim request is subject to warranty period and availability of the product. Once your warranty claim request is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your product.

Important notes before you return your product under a warranty claim request;

  • Reset your product
  • Never return your 24-words / recovery sheet
  • Ensure all accessories are in the box
  • Put a copy of the invoice in the package
  • Do not leave any personally identifiable remarks on the box or on the product

Your warranty claim request will be rejected if;

  • Product is in working condition
  • Product is physically damaged
  • Product is out of warranty
  • Product sent to us has invalid invoice or is missing invoice
  • Product sent to us but warranty claim request is not accepted

If your warranty claim request is accepted;

  • All shipping related expenses or otherwise incurred while sending the package to us will be borne by you
  • We reserve the right to close the warranty claim request if we do not receive the product within 28 working days after your warranty claim request is accepted

If your warranty claim request is rejected;

  • All shipping related expenses or otherwise incurred while sending the package to us and back to you will be borne by you
  • We reserve the right to close the warranty claim request if you do not accept the product back within 28 working days

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your warranty claim request was approved or not. Please remember it can take up to 14 working days for us to process your warranty claim request.

Please note that the RMA request (the free replacement) is only applicable once during the warranty period.
